Non-Custom relates to the use of standard in-house designs
incorporated to spell out your message or name of your company or organization. Non-Custom can have a minimum set-up fee associated with the layout. • Custom relates to the computer programming
(known as digitizing)
that is required to enable the machine to embroider a logo or special design. A one-time digitizing fee applies, and is based on the number of stiches required to sew out the design. Fees range from $50 for a low stich count to $250 for a very high stich count design. Once digitized, the computer has the ability to embroider that logo on any number of products.
Materials upon which your logo or message is embroidered will affect the consistency of the design. A stiff material, such as twill or canvas, will embroider better than a soft cotton shirt.
